Opportunity to develop hands-on work experience prior to the forthcoming defense of a graduation paper, determine future career paths, familiarize oneself with the international taxationaudit area. An intensive "auditor boot camp", where future professionals learn to consolidate theoretical knowledge in practical activities, master presentation, time management and teamwork skills; learn to work based on the standards of a major international company.

Audit consultant/tax associate level

Entry-level position for graduates with/without minimal work experience, or those who completed their internship program. This level implies that the employee understands the underlying framework of the advisory business operation. Works as part of a team and masters efficient team-work and delegation skills.

Tax associate – prepares core advisory letters in accordance with the company's standards, and "drafts" of the principal advisory solution; participates in the audit activities as related to the project's tax component.

Audit consultant. Participates in the audit activities performed for a range of the client's business operations, assists in developing recommendations designed to improve client's accounting and internal control system; participates in the international and statutory audit engagements.

Senior audit consultant/tax consultant level

Tax consultant. Independently performs tax-related audit assignments and leads a group of associates. Participates in client discussions and proposes potential solutions for a range of tax-related issues. Holds responsibility for the tax opinion, preparation of tax reporting for the client, and represents client interests before tax authorities.

Senior audit consultant. Participates in managing statutory and international audit assignments, discussions with the client's management; proposes solutions for complex accounting issues, holds responsibility for the audit of the most challenging areas of the client's business.

Manager level

Holds responsibility for a group of key accounts (client portfolio) and for maintaining efficient relationship with the client's management; actively participates in expanding the client base and promoting new business areas; holds responsibility for the professional development of staff, participates in preparing and conducting presentations. Manages key projects.

Senior manager/director level

Participates in formulating corporate business, service offering, and personnel development strategies, manages particularly challenging projects; holds responsibility for expanding the client base, promoting new business areas, establishing and developing relationship with the existing and potential clients' management.

Partner level

A co-owner of the firm who manages its practice and is responsible for business and personnel development in Russia and abroad.
