Each resume we receive is screened by our recruitment professionals, as well as by experienced people from the service line to which the candidate is applying.
Generally, for all positions we organise two or three interviews. The first interview is usually conducted by our recruitment professional, who discusses the resume with the candidate, verifies the information, and fills in any missing data. The successful candidates from the first round are invited to other interviews with potential colleagues, senior managers and Partners from the appropriate service line.
