Selection process

Our selection process is designed to get to know and to understand your skills as well as possible, and also to provide you with the opportunity to get an insight into life at PwC. The process can vary according to the business area and country you apply to.

1. Application

Prior the application deadline, you need to complete and to submit and online application via our career website. Due to the high interest and volumes of applications near the deadline we encourage you to submit your application early.

2. Online tests

You will be asked to complete first a numerical, then a logical reasoning test online after completing the application form. This is an important part of your application, so please, take your time and assure that you will have about 60 minutes undisturbed in order to perform your best. 2. First interview

Based on your application you will be invited to our head office to a one-on-one interview with our colleague. The interview will be behavioural based and will focus on your application form. This interview takes approximately 1 hour. This interview provides you with the opportunity to show your competencies, also your interest in the business world and in PwC.

3. Assessment Centre

After a successful interview you will be invited to an Assessment Centre. The assessment centre is usually a whole day selection event consisting of group and individual exercise, situation exercise, interviews and tests. Probably it sounds like a lot, and tiring, but it is a great opportunity for you to show awide range of your best skills, your motivation and also to meet our colleagues. 4. Final Interview

This a face-to-face interview with a senior (experienced) colleague, usually partner or director, from the business area you want to join. This interview allows you to demonstrate further your skills and motivation, and also to better understand life at PwC.
