PwC Russia's Centre for Technology and Innovation (CTI) was established in 2009 to facilitate the development of innovation-driven processes and new technologies in the Russian market. CTI's specialists can develop innovation growth strategies not only at the company level, but also for entire industries and regions, as well as take part in creating technology clusters and provide comprehensive services for start-up high-tech companies. PwC US operates a similar centre in San Jose, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley. In October 2011, CTI Russia opened an office in Moscow's Digital October centre for technology entrepreneurship.
