  • sharing our experience with other countries and working with Russian business associations and organisations in the area of technology and innovation.

Supporting young high-tech companies

Supporting young high-tech companies

One of CTI's main priorities is supporting young high-technology companies in all areas where they operate to ensure that these enterprises are commercially viable.

We help them to:

  • identify a pool of potential investors, properly prepare for presenting the company's projects, and effectively promote their interests during negotiations;
  • analyse their corporate market strategies and critically assess their business plans from the  point of view of potential investors;
  • review their corporate tax strategies to make them more effective;
  • prepare reports and financial data for investors and partners;
  • defend intellectual property rights;
  • model company development scenarios and plan necessary changes.

We make use of the knowledge and experience of industry specialists from across the global PwC network of firms, including in countries with leading high-tech sectors, such as the United States and Luxembourg, offering Russian start-up companies direct access to the international venture capital market.
