2009 Final of the National Director of the Year Awards

The event will open with a conference entitled Corporate Governance in the Post-Crisis Economy, which will be divided into two sessions:

• The state as shareholder and regulator: its influence on the business environment and corporate governance practice. Moderator: A.N. Shohin, RSPP President 
• Changes in working practices and boards of directors having increased responsibility. Moderator: A. Landia, JSC SUEK Board of Directors Chairman

The conference will conclude with the awards ceremony for 2009 National Director of the Year Award winners.

The event begins at 15:00.

Participation fee: 10 000 roubles.

Participation fee for Independent Directors Association members: 7 000 roubles.
