On 14 February 2012 PwC and Urban Land Institute held the annual conference "Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe 2012". During the conference the results of the survey conducted by the Urban Land Institute and PwC at the end of 2011 were presented.
The survey represents the consensus view of over 600 senior industry figures including leading investors, developers, fund managers, lenders and other real estate professionals across Europe.

A panel of leading experts from the industry discussed the key findings of the report and the impact on Russia and the rest of Europe.
The presentation was delivered by Joe Montgomery, Chief Executive Officer of Urban Land Institute (Europe), Sergey Riabokobylko, Chairman of Urban Land Institute (Russia) and Dr. Holger Müller, Head of Real Estate Practice, PwC (Russia).
