The race for talent is back on

While many business leaders want to hire new talent, many are concerned that a limited talent pool will adversely affect business success. Many leaders don’t realize they’ve failed to be inclusive. The downturn led to a 53% drop in discretionary effort, as disengaged workers remained in place.
