Experience

Alexey has over 14 years of experience in advising on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions. Alexey advises on various aspects of Russian and international transactions, including corporate acquisition and sale, corporate reorganisation, legal due diligence of companies from various industry sectors, investments structuring and holding companies, organisation and management of joint ventures, and protection of shareholders' rights. Alexey was involved in a number of large assignments connected with direct investments in Russia and international transactions, including acquisitions of companies and establishment of joint ventures in foreign jurisdictions.

Alexey advises on various aspects of Russian and international law. Alexey had internship at a British legal firm and has experience in supporting transactions under English law.

Education

In 1997, Alexey graduated from Russian-German University with a degree in law.
