There’s a widespread opinion that Russia’s courts of general jurisdiction have little familiarity with and understanding of advanced information technologies. But, many Russian courts have already introduced or are now adopting modern IT systems. Moreover, judges are quite comfortable with email correspondence and admitting other, perhaps even more “exotic”, forms of presenting evidence. So, what technologies can help employers in disputes with employees?
