Anna-Stefaniya Chepik has 10 years of experience in advising Russian and international companies on all aspects of Russian labour law. Anna-Stefaniya specialises in all areas of employment law, including senior executive severance; litigation (breach of contract, wrongful and unfair dismissals, disciplinary sanctions, bonus disputes, confidentiality); redundancy and restructuring; employee transfers; information and consultation; local work councils; collective bargaining, union recognition; compliance with occupational health and safety requirements; business ethics policies and whistle-blowing; supplementary incentive programmes; pension schemes; outsourcing; and personnel data protection and employee privacy. Anna-Stefaniya has a very strong litigation background in employment claims, and has successfully represented employers in labour disputes concerning employee secondments and hiring. She has extensive experience in providing cross-border employment advice across the CIS region.

Anna-Stefaniya Chepik has been recommended by The European Legal 500, PLC Which Lawyer and Chamber & Partners as one of Russia’s most experienced employment law practitioners.

Since February 2012 Аnna-Stefanya Chepik is elected as co-chairman of American Chamber of Commerce of HR Committee .

Anna graduated from the Law Faculty at Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2001.
