Andrey Chizhov appointed partner at PwC Russia

Открыть страницу: на русском языке Moscow – July 1, 2013 – Andrey will be a partner in the Inbound Assurance group with a primary focus on serving Russian subsidiaries of multinational companies. As well, he will continue to serve his local Russian IT and telecom clients.

Born in 1973 in St Petersburg, Andrey graduated from the St Petersburg State Polytechnical University in 1994 with a degree in Economics and Corporate Management.

Starting in 1994, he underwent an 18-month training course at the IFP School (École nationale supérieure du pétrole et des moteurs) in France, majoring in Economics and Management in the Energy Sector.

Andrey began his career in 1997 as a junior auditor with Ernst & Young in St Petersburg. In 2001, he transferred to E&Y's Paris office. In 2003, he joined Philips France as an internal auditor. In 2004, Andrey relocated to Houston, Texas, where he continued his career as an internal auditor with Schlumberger. Two years later, he rejoined Ernst & Young as a senior manager in the Assurance practice in Dublin, Ireland. Since 2008, Andrey has been a director with the Assurance practice at PwC Russia's Moscow office. Andrey has extensive experience in the Communications, Technology, Entertainment and Media (TICE) sector and is involved in many major TICE Assurance and x-LoS pursuits in Russia.

Andrey is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA).
