Moscow – July 1, 2013 – Natalia will be a tax partner in the firm's Moscow-based practice, assuming the lead partner role on a number of priority international and Russian client accounts. She will also continue to lead our retail and consumer sector within the Tax and Legal Services (TLS) practice.
Born in 1976 in Kaluga, Natalia graduated in 1998 from the Tax Institute, Finance Academy of the Russian Government. Natalia joined PwC Russia's Moscow office 15 years ago as a tax specialist.
She has extensive experience working with major multinational corporations and leading Russian companies in the areas of tax planning optimisation, design of tax efficient management and ownership structures, and tax risk management. Natalia has participated in structuring a number of major cross-border investment transactions for multinational corporations in Russia.
She has been a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) since 2000 and has in-depth, practical knowledge of corporate taxation, accounting and related areas.
