Rustem Teregulov appointed partner at PwC Russia

Born in 1974 in St Petersburg, Rustem graduated in 1999 from St John’s University in New York with an MBA.

He joined PwC in 1999 as a consultant in the US firm's New York office, transferring to Moscow in 2002. Since joining the Capital Markets Group (CMG), Rustem has played a direct role in over 50 public debt and equity transactions, assisting clients with listings on UK, US and other global exchanges. In 2008, he became CFO at Galahad Advisers Limited, and then rejoined PwC Russia's Moscow office in 2010 as a director.

Rustem is a New York-licensed certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the AICPA.
