We see that the global real estate market is evolving in ways that are new and exciting. Situation on the Russian Real Estate market is far from being simple: office sector is stabilizing in rental rates, particularly for quality properties, though we should note there is still evidence of growth in supply and more properties slated to come on line; the shortage of supply on the warehouse sector cannot fulfill the demand; demand in the hotels sector’s is falling down facing the impact of new supply coming on line.

Many financial institutions now find themselves "accidental" property owners and in some cases developers. We can offer you methods to get liquidity into the market to enable these assets to start changing hands and for development activity to resume.

While the long term prognosis remains strong for the Russian Real Estate market, in the short to medium term the road to recovery looks more like a “hockey stick” than a “horse shoe” but nevertheless there are real signs of recovery.
