The CIPD Certificate in L&D Practice (CLDP) uses a highly practical approach, to provide an in-depth and thorough grounding in the training cycle and the fundamentals of learning and development. What is CIPD?

CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) is one of the world’s leading HR and development professional bodies, with over 135,000 members globally. Who is CIPD CLDP for?

The qualification is recommended to those who are:

  • new to L&D

  • contracted as employees or independent consultants within the field of L&D

Module (3 days)

  • Recording, Analysing and using L&D Information (1 day)
  • Undertaking a Learning Needs Analysis (1 day)
  • Preparing and Designing L&D Activities (1 day)

Module (4 days)

  • Delivering L&D Activities (2 days – day 2 has a skills assessment and for class sizes over eight will require an additional tutor on the second day of this workshop)
  • Evaluating L&D Activities (1 day)
  • Coaching Skills for the Workplace (1 day – this unit has a skills assessment, and for class sizes over eight will require an additional tutor for this workshop)

Time:                          9.30 a. m. - 17.30 p. m.

Language:                 training materials and the exam are conducted in the English language

The preparatory courses are led by PwC professionals, who are CIPD accredited and have excellent training skills and extensive experience in introducing HR topics and its practical application. With the course, you will receive study materials developed by CIPD and PwC experts and full support from the tutors.
