Transform, the magazine of PricewaterhouseCoopers in CEE

Transform is the quarterly magazine of PwC in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). It covers the latest business trends in 25 markets across the region, from the Czech Republic to Kazakhstan. Each issue of the magazine goes out to 10,000 business leaders, financiers, politicians and opinion formers in CEE.

The Spring 09 issue of Transform magazine comes at an uncertain time for businesses in Central & Eastern Europe, when they are facing tough decisions on how to survive the economic downturn.

Transform features a special report on the crisis, giving a snapshot of business events and sentiment in CEE economies, plus local perspectives from PwC partners on the ground. We talk to people and companies on how they are navigating the current crisis and what they are doing to use it to their advantage, how CEE banks are holding up and how to identify and develop talent when you're cutting costs. The magazine also covers the rivalry between two food retail giants for the CEE market, the prospects for a Ukrainian industrial group with global aspirations, and how business information systems are helping Russia's top toy retailer. A new addition this quarter is the Data Centre, containing macro economic data and forecasts for the leading economies in Central and Eastern Europe.
