Gennady Odarich is an expert in Russian business set-up, corporate law and migration. He advises on corporate transformation and operational restructuring, migration, and on preparing documents to create legal entities and branches in Russia for international companies.
Gennady has extensive experience providing legal advice on the most effective form of presence and corporate management structure in Russia for large companies from various sectors. He also has been involved in engagements with major international industrial and oil and gas companies in establishment of representative offices, branches and subsidiaries, as well as drafting of the required documents.
Gennady’s previous experience includes work in Jerusalem and New York for the United Nations’ Department of Peacekeeping Operations as an assistant to the legal advisor overseeing cease-fire compliance in the Middle East and Israel. He also worked in Moscow in the International Relations Department of the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Defence.
