Inga Shakhnazarova has over 18 years’ experience in consulting on real estate and construction issues. She is experienced in leading, coordinating and carrying out complex projects related to real estate deals, construction projects, infrastructure development and other matters.

Her projects have included real estate purchase-and-sale transactions in Moscow and other regions of Russia, including deals involving agricultural land, class A buildings and other assets; financing and refinancing for construction projects in Russia’s major cities (including retail space, storage facilities and business centres); advising on recruiting resident companies for industrial parks, including assisting with the legal aspects of utilities connections; leasing office, retail and storage space; joint ventures with Asian companies to build hydropower plants in Russia; and advising a major Russian oil and gas company on an engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) contract for building an undersea pipeline.

Among Inga’s clients are major multinational and Russian corporations, including natural monopolies, state-owned enterprises, investment funds, developers, management companies and private investors.

Before joining PwC Legal in 2011, Inga worked in the real estate and construction practices at a number of international law firms.
