for the St.Petersburg International Economic Forum

PwC is Your Knowledge Partner

PwC has a long and proud tradition of engagement with the world’s premier business events. As the Knowledge Partner for the St Petersburg International Economic Forum since 2010, PwC has made an important contribution to the development of the international business climate and the economy in Russia.

At SPIEF, we carry out a range of projects to help forum participants and the international community learn about the most important trends in the global economy and to facilitate the sharing of views and experience among forum participants.

In our capacity as Knowledge Partner, we design all of the thematic sessions for the SPIEF business programme. In addition, we interview prominent forum participants, produce videos of key sessions, conduct of survey with the leading CEOs in attendance, and announce the winners of the Russian Business Book of the Year Award.

In 2016, we launched a project to produce videos of key forum sessions. The PwC SPIEF team shoots brief video presentations featuring the most important insights, facts and analysis from key forum sessions. The videos are aimed at sparking dialogue among forum participants as well as keeping everyone informed about the daily agenda.

SPIEF Channel

SPIEF channel is a joint project between the Forum organisers and PwC. In the run up to and during the forum itself, the channel shows short interviews with high-level speakers and Russian and foreign experts, as well as highlights from the most important sessions.

SPIEF Point of View

Each year, PwC conducts a survey of the online community and forum participants on the economic issues that are addressed during the forum. The results of the survey are displayed on TV screens throughout the forum.

Speaker Quotes

As in previous years, PwC continues to capture insights from the most interesting presentations for publication on the SPIEF website and distrubution to news organisations all around the world.
